The WCU MBA is a Great Educational Value Print

Compared to many graduate schools, the costs for attending West Chester University is a bargain! Because we are a state institution, tuition and fees for the graduate program are among the lowest in the Philadelphia area.  Even out-of-state tuition is extremely competitive compared to other schools.

For in-state residents the 2008-09 academic year costs are as follows:

  • tuition per 3 credit course - $1,071

  • basic fees per 3 credit course - $107

  • total cost per 3 credit course (excluding instructional technology fee*) - $1,178

Students who are non-Pennsylvania residents are subject to a higher rate.  For out-of-state students the 2008-09 school year costs are as follows:

  • tuition per 3 credit course - $1,716

  • basic fees per 3 credit course - $172

  • total cost per 3 credit course (excluding technology fee*) - $1,888

  * In addition to basic fees in-state residents pay a $44 instructional technology fee per term and out-of-state residents pay a $67 instructional fee per term.

(Note: Tuition and fees are subject to change through the course of the program. Obviously students will have other costs such as books which are not included in the figures shown above.)
